Development & Partnership Coordinator– Expand a 6,000-Church Movement
About the Movement
In the last 8 years, by God’s grace, One Way Ministries International has helped plant nearly 6,000 underground churches across some of the least-reached places on earth. Through church planting, media evangelism, training in power & authority, and digital discipleship tools, the gospel is advancing and multiplying.
But we believe this is only the beginning. With your help, we are pressing toward a bold vision: to see 60,000 underground churches established in the coming years, bringing the hope of Christ to millions more who have never heard His name.
Now we are seeking a Development & Partnership Coordinator to help grow the financial foundation that fuels this mission. This role will focus on fundraising and donor partnerships, ensuring our movement can expand to reach new territories without losing its core reliance on God.
Key Responsibilities
1. Donor Cultivation & Care
-
Identify, research, and cultivate new donors (individuals, churches, businesses, foundations).
-
Maintain strong relationships with current supporters through personal contact, regular updates, and meaningful appreciation.
2. Fundraising Strategy & Implementation
-
Work with ministry leadership to design and execute an annual fundraising plan.
-
Support online campaigns, direct mail, and event-based giving.
-
Ensure all fundraising communications align with ministry vision and stewardship values.
3. Storytelling & Reporting
-
Collect and prepare donor-ready impact reports, testimonies, and field updates.
-
Collaborate with international teams to gather photos, videos, and statistics that demonstrate results.
-
Translate complex field data into clear, inspiring donor-facing content.
4. Partnership Development
-
Network with churches and mission-minded organizations to expand partnerships.
-
Promote opportunities for mission sponsorships, field projects, and new initiatives.
-
Serve as a bridge between field leaders and donors, ensuring both sides feel connected.
Qualifications
-
Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the Great Commission.
-
Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development (required).
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with public speaking.
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
-
Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
-
Willingness to travel occasionally for donor visits, conferences, and mission events.
Role Type:
-
U.S.-Based / Remote
-
Support-Raised Position: Candidates may raise their own support through the ministry to cover salary and expenses. Volunteer service is also welcomed.
-
We understand this model can be challenging, which is why we offer flexibility. You may begin part-time—working as much or as little as you want while you build momentum. This allows you to remain in your current role until support begins coming in, and then transition to full-time once the funding is in place.
Why This Role Matters
Every underground church, every new believer, every gospel broadcast is a story of God’s faithfulness. The Development & Partnership Coordinator will help ensure these stories multiply by connecting generous supporters with the mission in a way that strengthens—not replaces—faith in God’s provision.

Holistic Ministry Initiatives – Launched and supported small businesses to create sustainability and community impact, established a public school to serve and educate the next generation, and created a suicide prevention website and ministry to offer hope and resources to those in crisis.
Digital Discipleship Tools – Developed a discipleship and church-building app to equip believers and leaders across multiple countries.
Global Reach – Actively ministering in seven countries among the least reached people groups in the world, with growing partnerships to expand into new territories.
